SURF HSE Lead Services β VENUS Project (Offshore Namibia) β Based in London
Mission Context: The VENUS Deep Offshore Project is a key project for TotalEnergies, marking the first Oil.
Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for the implementation of the HSE Management System for the package.
- Promoting H3SE culture within the project and proposing H3SE objectives for the package.
- Ensuring that Project and package H3SE policies, requirements, procedures, and objectives are properly implemented and achieved on the SURF package by COMPANY teams, the SURF Contractor, and all its subcontractors, across all SURF package sites.
This is a highly transverse role, involving numerous interactions with the various project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Professional experience: 10β20 years, including experience on EPCI projects.
- Experience in similar positions: 10 years minimum in the same or an equivalent role.
- Education: Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Languages: English mandatory, with strong communication skills; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
