Parloa is seeking a Lead/Senior Solution Engineer to guide customers through discovery, design, validation, and handover of our conversational AI platform. You will own technical sales cycles, translate complex tech into business value, and work with executives to shape product direction.
You will collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives and cross-functional teams across Sales, Professional Services, Product, and global Solution Engineering to ensure a seamless customer journey.
