Parloa’s mission is to make every customer conversation feel effortless for both customers and the companies serving them. As agentic AI accelerates, Parloans are shaping the foundation of a new era in customer experience, one where customer support is no longer transactions, but meaningful exchanges. It is not just a vision; Parloa has powered over ONE BILLION interactions between global enterprise brands and their customers, with companies likeBooking.com , HealthEquity, Allianz, SAP, BarmeniaGothaer, and TUI already deploying Parloa at scale.
About the role:
As EMEA Regional Readiness Manager, you are the first dedicated enablement presence in Parloa’s fastest-growing region. Western Europe GTM has added BDRs across the Nordics, Netherlands, Spain and Italy, a new RVP for France, new partner managers, and the region’s first Senior Enterprise Engagement Manager in London.
Your mission is to make sure global enablement programs actually land in EMEA: on schedule, in-region hours, and adapted to local market context. You are the local face of GTM Enablement for EMEA sellers and the named point of contact EMEA field leaders currently do not have. This is a delivery role by design: you are not expected to set regional strategy alone, but you own the quality and timeliness of everything enablement delivers in the region, and you escape early when the global plan and regional reality diverge.
Areas of ownership:
- Run new-hire onboarding cohorts for EMEA-based GTM hires on the cadence and curriculum set by the Principal PM, Global Onboarding, and deliver EMEA bootcamps locally and in-region hours, ending the model where the US team travels in.
- Adapt onboarding materials for local market, language, and regulatory context in coordination with the global team, and track attendance, completion, and ramp metrics for every EMEA cohort.
- Execute global enablement initiatives, including certifications, product launches, and methodology programs, in the EMEA timezone and market context, working from the readiness standard set by the Senior PM, Product Enablement.
- Surface scheduling conflicts, capacity limits, and regional blockers to the global team early enough to be solved.
- Maintain EMEA-specific content, scheduling, and cohort data in Highspot and the LMS.
- Prepare and deliver the enablement components of quarterly business reviews for EMEA leadership and field teams.
- Own end-to-end enablement delivery for WAVE Europe and other EMEA-based programs, rather than routing this back through the US team.
- Own EMEA attendee readiness and regional pre-work for GKO and other company-wide moments, in partnership with the GKO lead.
- Act as the first point of contact for EMEA reps and managers on enablement questions, replacing the ad hoc sessions regional field leaders currently run themselves, and represent enablement at EMEA sales meetings as needed.
- Keep EMEA leadership current on regional program status and completion without them having to chase updates, and keep EMEA leadership current on regional program status and completion, and keep EMEA leadership
Who you are:
- 4 to 7 years in enablement, sales operations, learning and development, or a closely related GTM function, with hands-on experience running onboarding cohorts or training programs end to end, not just coordinating them.
- Comfortable executing against a plan set by others while exercising real judgment day to day.
- Credible with quota-carrying sellers and their managers. You will be the face of enablement in the region.
- Clear, proactive written communication across time zones, with a bias toward flagging problems early.
- Working familiarity with enablement or LMS platforms, such as Highspot, Sana, or comparable tools.
- Based in or willing to relocate to London, with the right to work in the UK.
