The role will work in close partnership with teams across both Houses and the Parliamentary Digital Service to inform the diagnosis of challenges, shape solutions, and assist in incubating new approaches that unlock digital value for teams across both Houses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering packages of work and supporting the overall delivery of targeted initiatives across PDS and wider Parliament, to help the organisation realise greater value from the use of digital, data and information.

- Ability to contribute and manage the work of a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver, helping them to identify and navigate change, whilst upholding the values of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Demonstrable experience of a range of skills relevant to supporting organisations in using technology more effectively (for example, service design, business analysis, technology expertise, change management or Parliamentary organisational knowledge).
- The ability to pass security clearance, backed by the right to work in the UK.
About The Team
The Digital Value Team exists to support Parliament in realising the full potential of using digital, data and information in its ways of working. It is here to support teams across PDS and both Houses to help get greater value from digital, in particular through delivery via the Information and Digital Strategy, implementation of the CIO's review, and use of strategic insights to identify cross‑cutting and systemic barriers preventing that value realisation.
