Your role in the team:
- Working closely with the General Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly (even on the bumpy days) in Front Office and F&B.
- Lead, motivate and develop our team members to deliver memorable service.
- Monitor budgets, control costs and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Licensing Regulations.
- Nurture our team managing our HR requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
