This is an outstanding career opportunity with a not for profit charitable organisation committed to providing a diverse and meaningful range of leisure and culture related activities for the local communities in which we serve.
We are currently looking for a Front of House, Sales Advisor, covering 36.5 hours per week. You will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, possess good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. We are looking for applicants who are polite, enthusiastic, friendly and have excellent customer service skills.
Your main duties will be to:
- Greet customers/members in person, as well as over the telephone.
- Operate our Front of House computer systems which include bookings and process payments for all point of sale products.
- Assist on the process of new Swimming Lesson enrollment and Gym Memberships in line with the company procedures.
- Create excellent customer relations.
- Demonstrate basic computer skills.
Experience in generating sales and hitting targets would be desirable. Full induction training will be given prior to the commencement of employment.
