The Campaign Manager will support the delivery of group-wide marketing campaigns across all Parkwood Theatre venues. Working closely with each venue’s Marketing Manager, this role will ensure consistent, high-quality promotional activity and effective planning for production campaigns for both visiting productions and in-house produced pantomimes.
The Campaign Manager will act as a central point of contact, driving timelines, supporting campaign performance analysis, and sharing best practice across the network. A key responsibility will be managing the end-to-end production of seasonal brochures and cross-venue campaign planning and execution.
There is an option for the role to be based at any one of our five regional theatres; however, it will require cross-location working and travelling between our venues. Parkwood Theatres currently operates five regional theatres: The Playhouse in Weston-super-Mare, The Hawth in Crawley, The Castle in Wellingborough, The Hazlitt in Maidstone, and The Beck in Hayes. These venues host a diverse range of productions, from large-scale touring performances to local community events, and are central to the cultural life of their respective communities. Each theatre is committed to providing exceptional customer experiences, offering a broad array of entertainment for all ages, including drama, music, comedy, and family-friendly shows.
