We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Swimming Manager to lead our aquatics team. You will be responsible for the successful operation and development of our swimming programme, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

As a Swimming Manager You Will:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the team of Swimming Teachers and Lifeguards.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the pool and surrounding areas, strictly adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase participation and revenue in the swim school and other aquatic activities.
  • Ensure all staff are trained and maintain the required qualifications.
  • Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.

Experience/qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within the leisure industry, preferably aquatics.
  • A current, recognised swimming teaching qualification (e.g., Level 2).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A welcoming nature and efficient approach to work.
  • A strong commitment to customer service and safety.
