The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 ÂŁ per hour.
Cardiff International Pool and Gym is currently recruiting bubbles and/or splash qualified swimming instructors that are looking for weekend or casual work. This opportunity is also open to SEQ Level 2 or equivalent qualified swimming instructors that are interested in upskilling to a bubbles and splash instructor.
Primary Objectives For The Instructor Will Be:
- To deliver engaging lessons aiming to build confidence and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
- To instruct participants in the core elements of physical literacy following the Swim Wales “Learn to Swim” programme.
- To be confident working with others in a fast paced environment.
The Person:
- You must have at least 1 year of experience teaching lessons as a Level 2 instructor.
- You will ideally possess an NPLQ or NRASTC (this can be completed at a later date) in order to lifeguard your lessons.
- Must be able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Must be able to confidently communicate with customers and adapt to their needs.
