We are currently looking for a Sales Advisor to take the lead in interacting with members and actively promote our philosophy of Quality, Care and Excellence in the service we provide, while driving sales targets for new members. The ideal candidate is driven, target-motivated, and confident in sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all people who enter the Leisure Centre receive a friendly, polite and efficient service
- Create a favourable first impression of the Leisure Centre
- Possess a good range of knowledge regarding the Leisure Centre
- Meet telephone sales targets to sign up prospective members
- Conduct face-to-face sales
- Outreach to gain new leads and enquiries
- Build relationships with local corporate and community organisations and businesses
