We are currently recruiting for a Contract wide Maintenance Manager to join the Wyre contract team. The successful candidate will be a key part of the contract's operation, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
Role and Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be responsible for all maintenance and facility management duties across the Wyre leisure contract.
- Developing, implementing, and managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules across all facilities.
- Ensuring all facilities comply with relevant health, safety, and legislative requirements.
- Managing the maintenance budget and sourcing competitive quotes for works and materials.
- Responding to and resolving reactive maintenance issues efficiently to minimise downtime and disruption.
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance work, inspections, and compliance checks.
- Contributing to the strategic planning and long term asset management of the contract.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Maintenance Management role, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or facilities management sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance, including mechanical, 18th edition electrician qualification, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A relevant professional qualification or trade certification is desirable.
- Experience with recruitment tracking software like PXD is beneficial.
