As a Duty Manager you will:
- Ensure the highest possible standards of health & safety and customer care within the centre.
- Prioritise member satisfaction, engage with our members, building strong relationships.
- A national pool lifeguard qualification is desirable but not essential as we can fully fund the course.
- Ideally have a Pool Plant Operations qualification and a recognised Leisure Management qualification.
- Be able to perform Lifeguard duties when required.
- Be able to communicate at different levels of the organisation.
- Develop and promote exciting, innovative leisure programmes to help to increase the usage and profitability of the centre.
- Conduct tours for prospective members.
