We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Cycling (Spinning) Instructor to join our team at Garstang Health and Fitness.
You will be responsible for leading engaging and energetic group cycling sessions that help our members reach their fitness goals.
We are looking for someone who can create a fun, supportive, and challenging environment for participants of all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality, professional spinning classes.
- Ensure the safety and well being of all class participants.
- Motivate and inspire members through energetic and well-structured workouts.
- Maintain equipment and ensure the studio space is kept to a high standard.
Requirements
- Level 2 fitness qualification
- Previous experience of leading, coaching and supervising group exercise classes
- Experience working in a leisure related environment involving customer service
- To be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
