Manage operational rotas

To assist the Contract Manager in the day to day running of the business.

To supervise the day to day operation of all food and beverage outlets in order to maximise profitability in line with the company business plan.

To coordinate and oversee all catering outlets and provide appropriate supervision & direction, support, guidance and motivation and empower staff to ensure exemplary levels of customer care are delivered consistently at all times.

To deputise for the Contract Manager as requested.

To take the lead in all operational aspects of the venue.

Being present in our outlets during peak trading times to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered
