As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the site, driving commercial success, and maintaining high standards of customer service and safety. This is a key leadership position that requires a proactive, strategic, and hands-on approach.
- Operational Management: Oversee all daily functions to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations across all areas, including events, food and beverage, and facility management.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the site team, conducting performance reviews and ensuring continuous professional development.
- Financial Performance: Drive income generation, manage budgets, control expenditure, and maximise the financial performance of the operation.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all health, safety, and legal regulations.
Proven experience in a management or operational leadership role, preferably within the leisure, hospitality, or events industry. Strong commercial acumen and experience in budget management and revenue generation. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work strategically and operationally, managing multiple priorities effectively.
