The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You will be responsible for a range of technical and production services that support the core business of the Beck Theatre. You will ensure that best practices are followed for maximum efficiency and that a safe working environment is attained for employees and visitors. You will ensure that the venue's facilities, equipment and plant are maintained to a high standard that complies with all relative legal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Proven successful management of permanent and freelance technical staff, promoting an ethos of excellence.
- Proven personal experience in technical roles relevant to modern producing and receiving theatres.
- Proven experience of the management of a full and effective technical service within a theatre or other live arts/events venue.
- Proven successful experience of the management of Health and Safety at Work in an environment comparable with that of a theatre or entertainment complex.
- Experienced in risk assessment writing and review.
