The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.
A national pool lifeguard qualification is desirable but not essential as we can fully fund the course. Ideally you will have a Pool Plant Operations qualification and a recognised Leisure Management qualification. You will be able to perform Lifeguard duties when required and communicate at different levels of the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and promoting exciting, innovative leisure programmes to help increase the usage and profitability of the centre.
- Conducting tours for prospective members.
