PARKWOOD LEISURE LIMITED is seeking a Chef/Cook to manage day-to-day catering at our Outdoor Centre.
You will prepare wholesome meals from scratch, plan menus with seasonal ingredients and ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety rules.
You will train staff, control stock and costs, and deliver excellent customer service while adapting to variable hours, including breakfast and dinner services.
