Responsibilities
Assist the Contract Manager in the effective management of the programmed maintenance.
Oversee the programme of works and delivery through the Glendale Live field management system.
Motivate, support, and monitor the performance of delivery teams across a wide geographical area.
Monitor staff timekeeping, holidays, and sickness.
Proactively lead by example, especially in QHSE requirements.
Maintain and enforce the security of vehicles, plant and equipment.
Enforce quality and customer care ethics through the workforce and maintain workforce discipline.
Take responsibility for health and safety and actively participate in the maintenance and improvement of the overall company health and safety culture.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable track record of leading staff or small teams.
- Good time-management skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
- Enthusiasm, strong leadership, and great communication skills.
- Understanding and subscription to the importance of working as a team.
