Responsibilities
- Assisting the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in the effective delivery of programmed maintenance.
- Taking responsibility for on-site works, including timekeeping, arranging breaks for productivity, and managing interactions with members of the public, site visitors and deliveries.
- Leading by example, motivating and guiding the team, and maintaining workforce discipline.
- Operating company and hire vehicles, machinery, and equipment with care, ensuring daily checks and routine servicing are performed and properly recorded.
- Undertaking any other duties reasonably required by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
- A confident leader with good people-management skills, reliability and conscientiousness, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong work ethic and adaptability to varying work techniques.
- Experience operating a wide variety of small-engine machinery.
- Good IT knowledge.
- Ideally holds a full, clean driving licence and PA1 & PA6 qualifications.
- Knowledge of relevant industry Health & Safety legislation.
