Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in the effective delivery of programmed maintenance.
  • Taking responsibility for on-site works, including timekeeping, arranging breaks for productivity, and managing interactions with members of the public, site visitors and deliveries.
  • Leading by example, motivating and guiding the team, and maintaining workforce discipline.
  • Operating company and hire vehicles, machinery, and equipment with care, ensuring daily checks and routine servicing are performed and properly recorded.
  • Undertaking any other duties reasonably required by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • A confident leader with good people-management skills, reliability and conscientiousness, and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptability to varying work techniques.
  • Experience operating a wide variety of small-engine machinery.
  • Good IT knowledge.
  • Ideally holds a full, clean driving licence and PA1 & PA6 qualifications.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry Health & Safety legislation.
