As a Lifeguard at our Centre, a national pool lifeguarding qualification is preferred. Comprehensive training in all aspects of the role will be provided to successful candidates.

- Help members stay safe and healthy when using our wet-side facilities.
- Be attentive and alert at all times.
- Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
- Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
- Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents straight away.
- Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.
- Maintain excellent communication skills, capable of effective interaction across all levels of the organization.
