Grounds Maintenance Team Member | (Taunton) – up to £13.50 P/H

THE ROLE

The primary purpose of this role is to cut grass on utility water sites using a Ventrac 4520 tractor mower, focusing on slopes, small work areas, and other challenging terrains. During quieter times of the year, the role will include general grounds maintenance work. The Ventrac Tractor Driver must have, or will work towards having an understanding of the machinery’s unique capabilities, mechanical functioning, and how it supports Glendale’s broader grounds maintenance services. This is a team leader grade role and will include running a team, taking responsibility for allocated sites, and always leading by example. The post holder will be expected to seek out opportunities to enhance their understanding of the machine and take on responsibility.
