Glendale Countryside Ltd, a respected leader in the green services sector with revenues exceeding £75 million, is seeking a high‑calibre Regional Director to spearhead our East division.

We are looking for a visionary leader with a demonstrable track record of successfully growing and developing a business within a frontline operational environment. The Opportunity

  • Business Growth: Secure sales and identify new business development opportunities. Negotiate and secure long‑term contracts. Drive sustainable revenue growth across the region.
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and operational leadership across complex service operations. Successfully manage geographically dispersed teams delivering a range of countryside and management services. Ensure operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Performance: Take full responsibility for the region's financial performance. Set and manage budgets, monitor financial reports, and ensure profit targets and margins are achieved or exceeded. Deliver strong commercial outcomes while maintaining service excellence.
  • Brand Enhancement: Promote Glendale's services across the region. Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships. Strengthen the company's reputation as a trusted, high‑quality service provider.

Your Profile

You will be a Director or Senior Manager with strong operational awareness within the support services sector, preferably with experience in securing revenue opportunities. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
