Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest possible standards of health & safety and customer care within the centre.
- Prioritise member satisfaction, engage with members, building strong relationships.
- Be able to perform Lifeguard duties when required.
- Communicate at different levels of the organisation.
- Develop and promote exciting, innovative leisure programmes to help increase the usage and profitability of the centre.
- Conduct tours for prospective members.
Qualifications
- A national pool lifeguard qualification is desirable but not essential; the course can be fully funded.
- Ideally you will have a Pool Plant Operations qualification and a recognised Leisure Management qualification.
