Glendale is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a small grounds maintenance crew on sites across Somerset and Dorset. You will manage daily workloads, plan tasks, operate ride-on and pedestrian machinery, and ensure work is completed safely, to specification, and on time.
The role requires hands-on leadership, pride in standards, and the ability to train and mentor a small team. A full UK driving licence is essential; PA1/PA6 qualifications are desirable, with training provided where needed.
