Who are you? The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading staff or small teams. Good time management skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment. Enthusiasm, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible, open-minded, and friendly. Understanding and valuing teamwork is essential. Good IT skills are required, and a driving license is essential. Experience in estimating work and delivering innovative customer solutions would be advantageous.
A Glimpse into the Role:
- Assist the Contract Manager in managing programmed maintenance effectively.
- Oversee the work programme and delivery using the Glendale Live field management system.
- Motivate and support delivery teams across a wide geographical area.
- Monitor staff timekeeping, holidays, and sickness.
- Lead by example, especially regarding QHSE requirements.
- Ensure security of vehicles, plant, and equipment.
- Enforce quality and customer care standards through the workforce and maintain discipline.
- Complete daily checks and manage systems for smooth operations.
- You will be provided with a company vehicle for site visits across the region.
