Salary: £27,040 pro rata

Part Time: 16 to 25 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Manager, specialising in Food & Beverage, to join our team at Pavilion Gardens, Buxton.

Pavilion Gardens Buxton is an events and hospitality venue hosting over 100 events annually, including weddings, dinners, auctions, party nights, and stage shows. We operate multiple food and beverage outlets serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, a grab-and-go service, an Ice Cream Parlour, outdoor refreshments, a coffee van, and three bars. The Front of House Manager will oversee all outlets.

The Person:

The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of all Food & Beverage outlets, providing excellent guest experiences. They should lead by example with outstanding customer service and team management skills. The role primarily involves weekend and evening work throughout the year, aimed at maximising sales, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

The manager will also lead a team including catering supervisors, food and beverage assistants, and seasonal staff, working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team. Typical working hours are around 9 to 5, with additional evening and weekend work depending on events. Additional holiday and sick cover will be provided.
