We\’re searching for an Entrepreneurial Business Leader to spearhead our growth in the London and South East region. This is a pivotal role for a dynamic individual with a passion for green services and environmental solutions, ready to drive significant expansion within our innovative and rapidly growing company.
As an Entrepreneurial Business Leader, you\’ll be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading the regional team to achieve ambitious targets. You\’ll have the autonomy to shape our strategy and operations in this key market, leveraging your commercial acumen and leadership skills to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the London and South East region, focusing on market penetration and growth in green services.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of potential clients across various sectors.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry bodies.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing regional team; a culture of collaboration; innovation; and accountability.
Manage regional P&L, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
Oversee operational excellence within the region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality green services.

About You:
Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in a senior strategic leadership role within the green services, environmental, or related sectors.
Demonstrable track record of successfully growing a business or division, particularly within the London and South East market.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, results-driven approach and a keen eye for identifying new opportunities.
Exceptional commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L and delivering against financial targets.
