We have an opportunity for a part time Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Lancashire. We are looking for a passionate detailed individual who has proven experience working in a fast paced Administration/Human Resources role. You will be the first point of call for all HR related queries and be able to efficiently manage your own workload.

More about the role:

  • Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts
  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
  • Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities
  • Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications
  • Managing the shared recruitment and Onboarding inbox
  • Processing documents with strict confidentiality

Experience:

  • One or more years' experience as an HR Assistant or related position
  • CIPD desirable but not essential
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of computer applications and HR-specific software programs
  • Minimum GCSE grades A-C in English & Maths
