A Glimpse into the Role Awaiting You
- The General Manager has overall responsibility for the delivery of highâquality and efficient grounds maintenance services on our flagship MidâSussex contract.
- Responsibility for all operational and financial aspects relating to the contract, including health and safety, training, development and succession planning.
- Responsible for meeting budgetary targets and objectives.
- Responsibility for ensuring full compliance and effective use of all company systems and processes.
- Analyse performance using field management and other systems as required to manage and modify the service accordingly.
- Manage all assets to maximise productivity and minimise downtime, ensuring they are secure and wellâmaintained for safe use.
- Maintain compliance with the company's ISO quality and environmental standards.
