Team Leader duties will include ensuring all team paperwork (risk assessments/near misses) is completed and submitted on time, assisting the management team with pre‑planning of work ahead of teams, and liaising with multiple clients. The candidate must also be familiar with programs such as the Google platform.

Qualifications

  • Flexible and reliable with a thorough, proven knowledge of all aspects of tree work: ground and aerial.
  • Possessing a positive attitude towards Health & Safety regulations.
  • Essentially holds the relevant industry qualifications such as NPTC certificates: 201 (CS30), 202 (CS31), 206/306 (CS38), 308 (CS39).
  • Possession of a valid CSCS card is an advantage.
  • Full UK driving licence required, preferably with trailer towing up to 3,500 kg.

Glendale is willing to pay towards these qualifications for the right candidate.
