Do you have the skills to promote positive behaviour and create a supportive environment for growth? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in providing holistic care and support to children and young people with Social and Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties. Working within our 3-bed Children’s home, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being, safety, and development of the young people under your care.
