Work closely with an Investment Manager(s) in managing and advising clients on the investments in their portfolios – such portfolios to include Main Portfolios, ISA’s, Pension Funds (SIPP’s or SSAS’s) and Trusts (Discretionary, Accumulation & Maintenance, Bare or Charitable).
Work alongside the Investment Manager(s) to build effective working relationships with their clients, gaining the clients confidence with a view to becoming the primary point of contact.
Prepare quarterly or half yearly portfolio valuation reports for clients depending on agreed frequency.
Contribute to the production of the firm’s investment commentaries and periodic letters to clients.
Contribute appropriate investment ideas at investment committee meetings.
Ensure all transactions are executed in an appropriate and timely fashion in line with prevailing firm and regulatory guidelines.
Assist in external/internal marketing of the firm’s investment expertise in the marketplace as appropriate.
To comply with all FCA regulations, Money Laundering Regulations, internal policies & procedures and compliance rules.
