We are looking for an ETP Operations Specialist to join a growing issuer platform business in Central London. This role will support the launch and ongoing management of ETFs and ETCs across multiple partnerships and exchanges, working closely with product, capital markets and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the launch and listing of new ETPs, coordinating with internal teams and external providers to meet deadlines.
- Help manage the day-to-day oversight of ETP platforms, ensuring processes are robust, well documented, and scalable.
- Work with administrators, custodians, authorised participants, market makers, exchanges, and data providers on product set-up and ongoing maintenance.
- Assist with lifecycle events including corporate actions, product changes, distributions, and closures/mergers.
- Identify process improvements and support automation to improve efficiency and controls.
- Help manage operational issues and stakeholder queries in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Profile
- 4-6 years of experience in ETF, ETC, or broader ETP operations, product management, or platform management.
- Good understanding of the ETP lifecycle, including launches, listings, corporate actions, and product changes.
- Experience coordinating product launches or change projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of ETP pricing, NAV concepts, and listed product operations.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and an ability to run multiple priorities.
Desirable Skills and Knowledge
- Experience with exchange listings, settlement processes, and product set-up.
- Familiarity with prospectuses, term sheets, and service provider workflows.
- Strong Excel skills; VBA or Python would be an advantage.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a growth business.
