Parkway is seeking an IT Support Technician to work across our schools, reporting to the IT Site Lead. You will help deliver reliable computing facilities, maintain software, and assist students and staff with technical problems to ensure uninterrupted teaching and learning.
You will resolve help desk requests, perform routine network maintenance, set up user accounts, support Microsoft 365 and Google G-Suite, and roam between sites to provide on-site assistance.
