We are seeking a caring, proactive Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team.
Working alongside teachers and other professionals, you will help pupils with special educational needs access learning, develop independence and confidence, and participate fully in school life.
The role may involve supporting pupils individually or in small groups, within our specialist provisions.
We are looking for someone who is patient, adaptable, reliable and committed to celebrating each child’s progress.
Whether you already have experience supporting children with SEND or are keen to develop your skills, we would love to hear from you.
This post is a customer-facing position and falls within the scope of the Code of Practice on English Language Requirement for Public Sector Workers.
The school has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 to ensure post holders have sufficient spoken English to perform their duties effectively.
