The business has been established for almost 20 years, operates across the UK and Europe and has built a strong reputation within its market for compliance, service quality and long-term client relationships. Supporting clients with workforce, payroll and contractor solutions, the business operates within a compliance-led environment.

They are now looking to appoint a Legal Counsel to lead and shape the legal and compliance function. This is a genuinely broad and commercially involved role which would suit someone who enjoys being close to the business, improving processes and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

  • advising on regulatory, compliance and governance matters
  • supporting operational best practice and process improvement

  • acting as a senior sounding board to the leadership team

They are looking for someone with:

  • ideally at least 4+ years’ PQE
  • a broad commercial/generalist background
