Supporting clients with workforce, payroll and contractor solutions, the business operates within a compliance-led environment.
They are now looking to appoint a Legal Counsel to lead and shape the legal and compliance function. This is a genuinely broad and commercially involved role which would suit someone who enjoys being close to the business, improving processes and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
The position will involve:

- commercial contracts and wider contractual risk management
- advising on regulatory, compliance and governance matters
- supporting operational best practice and process improvement
