THE ROLE
As part of our exciting and continued expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic skilled people that can apply a positive approach to all aspects of our ambitious and rewarding plans. Experienced sprayers and finishers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in bespoke high-end furniture, luxury cabinetry or specialist surface finishes are required to join our team on an exciting mix of unique and bespoke furniture projects. Working as part of the finishing team, you will finish custom furniture and joinery using a range of different lacquers and specialist custom finishes, alongside preparing, mixing, matching and applying stains and patinas to a very high standard. Passionate about your work, you will have excellent attention to detail, be highly organised, methodical and demonstrate an ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining the very highest quality finish.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experienced in the preparation and complete finishing process from start to finish.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Genuine passion for quality craftsmanship and unique furniture finishing.
- Demonstrate a good knowledge and experience of bespoke luxury finishing requirements.
- Excellent understanding of functional requirements of products selected.
- Ability to multi-task various projects and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate a desire for self-improvement and enthusiasm to learn new skills.
- Sound knowledge of H&S requirements associated with the role and workplace.
