As a Trackside Coordinator, you'll support/deliver on event logistic requirements to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. In this role you would need to travel in EU and Internationally and be away for 228 days a year.

  • Assisting supervising inbound and outbound operations throughout events (loading of containers, trucks and airfreight pallets, checking dims and weight of freight)
  • Monitoring flights/trucks to and from events
  • Supporting team with admin and paperwork
  • Availability to travel to European and international events (solo travel on certain occasions) which may entail and require extended periods away
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and overtime (night shifts on occasions that require)
  • Ideally have experience with world freight, loose freight and Carnets
  • Basic Aviation Load planning
  • High attention to detail
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Good communication skills as face-to-face relationships with clients
  • Proficient in MS Office, advanced Excel, Microsoft Teams and IT level. You can create advanced spreadsheet to optimize time
