We're recruiting for an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join an international export business based in Northwood. This is a busy, varied role where you'll take ownership of customer orders from start to finish and work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics partners.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing customer orders from initial order through to delivery
  • Liaising with multiple suppliers and freight forwarders
  • Coordinating shipments and deliveries
  • Monitoring orders and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Resolving supplier, operational and delivery issues
  • Maintaining accurate order and logistics records
  • Creating and processing customer invoices
  • Supporting with basic bookkeeping
  • Working across ERP and internal business systems

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, confident with IT systems and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. Experience within operations, logistics, order processing, import/export, supply chain or a similar environment would be ideal. Previous Xero or specific ERP experience isn't essential – we're more interested in someone who is confident with technology and can pick up new systems quickly.
