Our Client, based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, requires an experienced Specialised Parking Officer to join their team for an 8-month period. Role details * Local parking laws and regulations – Understanding of zones, permits, time limits, and fines. * Conflict resolution and de-escalation – Training to handle confrontations calmly in written and verbal communication. * Responding to public inquiries, including complaints, and freedom of information requests via phone, email, or in person. * Preparing reports on parking usage, revenue, and enforcement. * Using parking management software to track permits and violations. Such as chipside, MI permits * Updating databases and ensuring data accuracy. * Generating reports for internal use or public records Required skills & experience * Previous experience in the parking back office is essential * Knowledge of the parking back office as above is essential * Experience of dealing with data-intensive Freedom of Information requests, gathering and supplying information required for complex & politically sensitive parking complaints Hours – 37 per week Remote Working, however, you need to be local enough to Aylesbury to collect the equipment 8-Month Contract Interested?
