  • Southall | £30,000–£32,000 | 40 hours per week

We are looking for a confident, organised and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to work closely with a Business Director in a fast-paced and growing food business.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys being busy, taking responsibility and making things happen.

You will act as a key support to the Business Director, helping them stay organised, on top of priorities and prepared for meetings, travel and business activities.

The Role

  • Manage the Business Director's diary, appointments and reminders
  • Organise travel, meetings and visits to different sites
  • Take meeting notes and ensure actions are followed up
  • Prepare presentations, reports and briefing documents
  • Liaise confidently with colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders
  • Keep track of outstanding tasks and deadlines
  • Help coordinate projects and day-to-day business activities
  • Support with organising site visits and outlet operations
  • Use technology and AI tools to work smarter and improve efficiency
  • Bring ideas and suggest new ways of working
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

About You

  • A graduate with a bachelor's degree
  • Highly organised and naturally proactive
  • Confident communicating with people at all levels
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Creative and able to think of practical solutions
  • Confident using Power Point, Excel and other digital tools
  • Interested in using AI to improve productivity
  • Flexible and willing to get involved wherever needed
  • Professional, reliable and discreet Fluent in English and Hindi
