Our client, a well-established company based in Uxbridge, is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their welcoming team. You will be reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, driving and monitoring the sales order process, communicating with customers via phone and email, and monitoring all order procedures to achieve targets and goals through agreed processes.
This is a full-time, fully office-based role in Uxbridge with parking on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all orders are processed and completed on time from customer set-up to installation on two different systems.
- Provide best practice order processes to ensure all tasks are successfully executed.
- Maintain good communication with the sales team for teamwork, clarity, and assistance with any issues.
- Establish customer-oriented and proactive management behaviour.
- Exhibit good communication skills with customers.
