The Role
As a Residential Valuer, you will be responsible for conducting market appraisals across both residential sales and lettings, providing clients with expert advice and converting valuations into instructions.
This is a client-facing position that requires excellent communication skills, strong local market knowledge, and a proactive approach to generating and winning new business.
You will work closely with the wider sales and lettings teams to maximise opportunities and contribute to the continued success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out residential sales and lettings valuations.
- Win new sales and lettings instructions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and landlords.
- Provide accurate market appraisals and pricing advice.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.

About You
The successful candidate will have
- Previous experience as a Residential Valuer or Senior Negotiator with valuation experience.
- Strong knowledge of the local residential property market.
- Experience within both residential sales and lettings is highly desirable.
- A proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- A confident, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
