Job description

We are looking for motivated and quality-focused Print Finishing (Slitting) Operators to join our growing flexible packaging operation and offer an opportunity to become part of a business that invests in its people, equipment, and creating long-term career opportunities..

Hours of work: This role operates on a 3-week rotating shift schedule.

  • 12 hour shift pattern, Days & Nights, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
  • Week One - 3 Days
  • Week Two - 3 Nights
  • Week Three - 2 days & 2 Nights

Main Duties

  • Operating high-speed slitting machines safely and efficiently
  • Producing reels to exact customer specifications
  • Carrying out quality and process control checks
  • Monitoring and identifying potential issues
  • Accurately completing production records
  • Working closely with our Production, Quality, and Technical teams
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
