Job Description:
I am looking for a Planning Coordinator based in Sunbury on Thames to schedule Service Engineers to jobs that are a mix of repairs, breakdowns, and planned maintenance. The role is office-based, paying up to £28K per annum. The position is Monday to Friday, with one Saturday a month work requirement (which can be taken as a day off during the week).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule the work of service engineers for repairs, breakdowns, and planned maintenance.
- Collaborate with field managers to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with internal and external customers to meet contractual SLAs.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding ETAs.
- Provide customers with regular updates.
Previous experience in scheduling or planning is preferred but not required.
You should be organized, punctual, and capable of working under pressure.
