About the Role This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in executing high-profile sponsorship campaigns. Working within the EMEA Brand Growth department, the successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the activation of a major Grand Slam event, contributing to a 360-degree marketing strategy that enhances brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities Assist in the delivery of sponsorship elements across multiple channels and teams. Support detailed event planning, critical path management, and effective ways of working. Contribute to pre-project planning documents and creative overviews. Track marketing budgets, including raising purchase orders and managing invoices. Coordinate key logistics for marketing initiatives and on-site event execution. Organize and dispatch collateral required for event activation. Provide administrative support before, during, and after the event. Assist in campaign reporting, gathering key insights to improve effectiveness and ROI. What We’re Looking For A proactive individual with a passion for marketing, sports, and sponsorships. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. A high level of initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel to event locations and support occasional weekend work.
