An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join a well-established international business operating within a specialist, high-value sector. Based in their Holborn office, you will become part of a collaborative finance team of 4-5 people, supporting day-to-day accounting and administrative operations.

This role would suit someone with strong bookkeeping and organisational skills who enjoys working in a professional office environment and is looking to develop within a stable and growing business.

Skills & Experience Required
  • AAT Level 2 or Level 3 qualified (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience within an accounts, finance administration or bookkeeping role
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience using Sun Systems would be highly advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Professional and reliable approach to work
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily bookkeeping and finance administration tasks
  • Process invoices, payments and reconciliations accurately
  • Maintain financial records and support compliance activities
  • Assist with month-end finance processes
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and company secretaries
  • Support wider office administration duties when required
  • Assist with ad hoc finance and operational projects
  • Ensure all records are maintained accurately and confidentially
Additional Information
  • Office based initially during onboarding and training
  • Flexibility/hybrid working may be offered longer term
  • Working hours: 09:00am - 17:30pm
  • Due to the nature of the business, successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check and provide references covering the last 5 years
