Our client based in West Drayton to looking for a Licensing Coordinator UK Office Based Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30-5pm, alternate Fridays 8:30-2pm No Hybrid working available Role Overview The Approval Coordinator will be responsible for managing the product approval workflow between our internal design, production, and commercial teams and external licensors. You\’ll ensure that all product concepts, designs, packaging, and marketing materials meet brand guidelines and are submitted for approval in a timely and professional manner. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, has an eye for detail, and enjoys building strong working relationships across teams and with external partners. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the full approval process for licensed products from concept through to production. Liaise directly with brand licensors (e.g., Minecraft, Pokémon) to submit product concepts, designs, packaging, and marketing materials for approval. Track and monitor all submissions to ensure timely feedback and approvals are obtained. Maintain organized approval records and databases, ensuring version control and accurate documentation. Communicate licensor feedback clearly to internal design and production teams, ensuring any required changes are actioned efficiently. Ensure all products meet licensor brand guidelines and legal requirements before going into production. Support the wider team with licensing compliance queries and documentation. Identify and flag potential approval bottlenecks, proactively managing solutions to keep projects on schedule. Contribute to improving and refining approval processes as the business grows. Key Skills & Experience Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools (e.g., (url removed), Trello) or willing to learn. Experience working in a product-based or licensing environment is preferred but not essential. Experience in approvals coordination, licensing, or working with major brands is a bonus.
